A Professional Organiser/Declutterer helps eliminate mess from your environment. Whilst every client has slightly different goals, the aim of organising and decluttering is as much about designing an organisational system that works for the individual, as it is about getting rid of things.

This does not mean that you have to turn your house into a minimalistic show home! It just means that you get rid of items that no longer serve you.

I predominantly work within Bristol and all services include travel within 15 miles driving distance. I am able to travel further afield and additional travel expenses will be applicable. Please get in touch if this applies to you and we can discuss your requirements.

I will teach you the necessary skills and systems to allow you to take back control of your environment and I believe that requires a personal approach.

I like to work collaboratively with clients, and will ensure you feel comfortable throughout. I will guide you through decisions and make suggestions, but I will never force you to do anything.

Together, we will follow my declutter, organise, maintain process to ensure that your belongings and space work for you, rather than letting them causing stress.

I work with a variety of clients, in a number of different situations. However, at this time, I do not work with hoarders. Hoarders often need additional support than that offered through a standard organising and decluttering service. For more information and support, please visit https://www.helpforhoarders.co.uk

Not without your permission! I will ask if you would like before and after photos, and I also ask if I may use them for promotional material. This is optional and part of the form I will ask you to complete. I completely understand that some would like to keep my visit private.

No. In fact, that would make my job a little harder as I want to understand how you currently use the space and understand what is causing the issues you are facing. We will work through the areas together. Please do not worry about what your existing space looks like, I’m here to help, not judge, and have seen a lot of different spaces.

This will vary, but for home projects, on the whole the answer is no. For large longer-term services, I will need to see the space in order to estimate the length of time it will take. However, it’s often the case that I can start on the day I see the space and discuss any additional work that needs doing at that point. However, if you would like a home consultation, please call me and we can discuss this further.

Yes, of course. The space is yours and it’s important that you tell me of any boundaries you have before we start. I will always respect your space.

This depends on a few factors. The size of your space, the content of the space, your goals and the speed of decision making all make a difference. If you’d like to get an idea, please contact me as we can talk through your requirements and I can provide an estimated timeframe.

Unfortunately I do not work with clients who wish to be out for the entirety of their session. Of course, if there are times when you need to pop out or take a break that is completely fine. The reason for this is that if there is little, or no engagement, it is much more likely that you will slip into original habits as you haven’t been invested in the transformation. I also ensure that the solutions we are creating work for you personally, so your role in this is important. For this to be successful we have to work together to transform your space and being present vastly increases the chances of keeping your space calm and cleared for the long-term.
